Weight Management

 

Hypnotherapy is not the easy option for weight loss. It requires

willpower and commitment !!

 

Both weight management and Hypno-Band sessions are weekly. Each week you will be measured, weighed and your blood pressure monitored and recorded.

Notice it's not weight loss ! Various techniques are used to put you back in control of your weight, no diets, no fads just being in control of your weight. The first session we will discuss a plan to change your future weight loss, motivation, exercise regimes and personal aims followed by a 15 minute relaxation session to dispel any nerves.

 

Many different factors contribute to weight issues, finding a hypnotherapist to help deal with the root of the emotional issues can be helpful.

 

I can use various hypnotherapy techniques to help you maintain a healthy weight, one is explained below. It is usually recommended to have one weekly, however if you feel you would prefer monthly that can be arranged but this will only be for weight management not Hypno-Band. It is usually recommended that you will need between two and five sessions.

 

Hypno-Band

 

Over 5 sessions we take you through the process of having a gastric band fitted, only in suggestion and visualisation. Your mind will be convinced that your stomach has become smaller and requires less food. By eating less and less often, you will begin to lose weight. The process uses hypnotic behavioural techniques to help you achieve your ideal weight and stay there. This is only recommended for Clients with BMI's above 30% . On the third session you will have a hypnotherapy visualization of your operation.

 

Each session in the Hypno-Band system lasts for 1 hour
